RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund. Returns made within 30 days of purchase will be refunded to the original method used for payment (no exceptions). Returned merchandise must be unworn.
Returns after 30 days and items marked final sale will not be accepted. Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.
Merchandise purchased through our website may be returned only to Marcfisherfootwear.ca.
Please Note: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

- You will need to provide your order #, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return in order to receive a mailing label & return shipping instructions.
- You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
- Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated.
- Upon receipt of your return, we’ll deduct a return processing fee of $8.00 (+tax) from your return order refund.
Please note:
- Please note that you must return the items in a shipping box or bag—either new or the one used to ship your original order. Be aware that if the return is not properly packaged, or
if the shoe box is used as a shipping box, a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not refund original shipping fees.
