Marcfisherfootwear.ca ships most orders within 1-3 business days of the date they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the following business day.

Please contact customer service immediately. We process and ship orders quickly, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to execute a cancellation or change in time.  Kindly note, changes to shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing, transit and/or delivery times.

If we’re unable to ship your item(s) for any reason, you will be refunded the full amount to your original form of payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Sale items, not labeled as Final Sale can be returned within our standard returns policy.

Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
